Personal data is processed exclusively according to GDPR standards, with a data processing agreement, data protection impact assessment and minimal collection.
Hosting in Germany
All data is stored on servers in Frankfurt am Main, operated by Hetzner (ISO 27001 certified). No US hyperscaler, no third-country transfer.
Encryption TLS 1.3
Transport with TLS 1.3, data at rest with AES-256. Passwords hashed with Argon2id, never stored in plaintext.
Backups every 24 hours
Automated daily backups with 30-day retention. Restore tested in the disaster recovery runbook (quarterly).
Pen tests planned
External penetration tests by a certified German security lab are scheduled for Q4 2026. Until then: continuous internal security reviews.
