ReinPlaner is new to the market. Here are the questions we get asked most often.
General
Who is ReinPlaner for?
ReinPlaner is built for small and medium cleaning businesses in Germany, from glass and building cleaning to facility services and subcontractors working for larger companies.
Do I need special hardware?
No. ReinPlaner runs entirely in the browser. For mobile time tracking, any smartphone with a camera (for QR code scanning) is enough. We are currently developing a native app but stay web-only on purpose to keep the entry barrier as low as possible.
How long is the trial?
You can try ReinPlaner for 14 days, free and without obligation. No credit card, no automatic renewal. After 14 days, you decide whether to continue.
Pricing
How much does ReinPlaner cost?
We offer three plans: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Detailed pricing is on the pricing page. Pilot customers get special conditions, get in touch.
Are there hidden costs?
No. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay. No setup fees, no commissions, no minimum commitment. You can cancel at the end of any billing period.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Both are possible. With annual billing, you get two months free, that is about 17% savings compared to monthly billing.
Security
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored exclusively on servers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. We use Hetzner as our hosting partner, also a German company with ISO 27001 certification.
Is ReinPlaner GDPR compliant?
Yes. We process personal data exclusively in accordance with GDPR, with a data processing agreement (DPA) and in German data centers. See our security page for details.
Technical
Does ReinPlaner work with DATEV?
Yes. We export booking stacks in DATEV format (ASCII) as well as LODAS-compatible payroll data. Export is one click away from the invoicing module.
Can I export my data?
Of course. Every record, customers, orders, invoices and time entries, can be exported as CSV or JSON. You own your data, not us.
Is there an API?
A public API is on our roadmap for 2026. Pilot customers can use a limited interface on request in advance.
